At Teesside Chiropractic, personal training is built around you. Whether your aim is to improve general fitness, build muscle, get stronger, move better, or finally get out of pain, your sessions are tailored to suit your goals, your experience level, and your current capabilities.

As a personal trainer since 2003, I’ve spent more than two decades continually learning and refining my approach. My background is grounded in strength and conditioning, and in recent years I’ve focused heavily on rehabilitation and mobility. Combined with my chiropractic training, this allows me not only to help you train effectively but also to address the underlying movement issues that may be limiting your progress.

I believe that strength and physical activity are the cornerstone of long-term health and well-being. Every session is designed with this philosophy in mind—helping you move correctly, build resilience, and restore confidence in your body.

All sessions take place in our private facility on Royce Avenue, offering a comfortable, fully equipped environment where everyone is welcome—whether you’re completely new to training or looking to take your performance to the next level.
